We are pleased to announce that Molding Messengers is collaborating with one of our partners, Quill to Keys, to host a short story writing competition for aspiring creative writers! 

Since we want to help kickstart aspiring author’s careers, the winner’s short story will be published by Molding Messengers in ebook format!

How to Enter

Entering this contest is easy. Write a killer story and follow these simple steps to submit it! 

With a little brainstorming and execution, you’re sure to come up with something great.

Email the following information to by July 1, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.

  1. Your short story in PDF or Word format
  2. Your full name and date of birth
  3. Contact information (including email address and phone number)
  4. Subject line: Molding Messengers Short Story Entry

Competition Guidelines

  • All work must be original 
  • Open to any prompt
  • No co-authoring
  • Participants must be 18 years or older 
  • All submissions must be between 7,500 and 10,000 words
